- 02Hourly chauffeur
- Book by the hour; the total appears in your offer before payment.
- 03Charged time
- Hourly service runs from departure from the Munich/MUC base named in your offer until return to that base. Approach, journeys, stops and waiting count; planned total time is rounded up once to whole hours.
- 04Transfer waiting
- MUC pickup with flight monitoring: 60 minutes from actual landing; other pickups: 15 minutes from the agreed time. Then €62.25 per started 15 minutes per vehicle including VAT. For hourly bookings, waiting counts towards booked time.
- 05Additional waiting
- Additional transfer waiting beyond the included time is charged as stated in the terms of your offer. Waiting within the booked hourly duration is not charged again.
- 06Cancellation
- The cancellation and refund terms for your ride appear in your offer and its terms.

After booking, you receive written confirmation. The chauffeur’s name and mobile number plus vehicle and registration follow in good time before pickup.

Is a specific model guaranteed?
You can request a guaranteed model for the surcharge shown in your offer. Without that option, we confirm the class and registration based on passengers, luggage and availability.
How do I book outbound and return?
The price applies per direction. Outbound and return are captured in the same form and shown together in the binding offer.
Can I extend or change the itinerary?
Subject to availability with an updated offer. The original booking applies until confirmation and payment of any difference, if required.
When is my ride confirmed?
Only after confirmed full payment. Submitting a request alone does not book the ride. Review the service and total in your offer before payment.
