All prices include VAT, are per vehicle and subject to availability. Notice is measured from the complete request with date, time and a reachable written contact.

Hourly chauffeur
Book by the hour. Approach, stops, waiting and return to the named base count. The offer shows the confirmed duration and total before payment.
- Transfer waiting time
60 minutes at MUC included
From actual landing; other pickups include 15 minutes from the agreed time. Then €62.25 per started 15 minutes per vehicle. With hourly bookings, waiting counts towards booked time.
Before you book
How is the hourly booking charged?
Time starts when the chauffeur leaves the Munich or MUC base named in your offer and ends on return to that same base. Approach, journeys, stops and waiting count. Total time is rounded up once to whole hours.
Does the starting price include pickup after the fair?
Not automatically. A transfer return is a separate one-way ride. An hourly chauffeur is booked for the agreed period; a full fair day or a late return is not automatically included. Provide both pickup times.
When can I cancel free of charge?
The deadline and refund terms for your ride appear in the specific offer and its terms before payment.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
For MUC pickup, the flight is monitored and included waiting starts at actual landing. A flight delay alone is not a no-show. A no-show requires elapsed waiting time, an absent passenger and unsuccessful reasonable contact attempts with passenger and booker. The booked price then remains payable, without an extra no-show or waiting fee.
Can I change the time, route or number of vehicles?
We review the change and provide an updated offer. The original booking applies until confirmation and payment of any price difference, if required.
When is the ride booked?
After confirmed full payment; the request alone is not a booking. Exact address, flight details and meeting point may follow within the booked scope. You receive written confirmation; chauffeur, vehicle and registration details follow in good time before pickup.
