Can I extend the booking or change the itinerary?
Yes, subject to chauffeur availability. You receive an updated price in advance for extra time, a substantially different route or another vehicle. Waiting within time already booked is not charged again.
When can I cancel free of charge?

After that, statutory rules apply: saved costs and relevant earnings from other work reduce any amount we may claim. We refund any overpayment.
