Book by the hour. Approach, waiting and return to the named base count. The binding total including VAT appears in your offer before payment.
Notice is measured from the complete request with date, time and a reachable written contact.From departure at the Munich/MUC base named in your offer until return to that same base. Approach, journeys, stops and waiting count. Total time is rounded up once to whole hours, bookable by the hour.
For a single ride between MUC and Munich, your offer shows the route, binding total including VAT and terms before payment. A return is a separate ride.
MUC pickup with flight monitoring: 60 minutes from actual landing; other pickups: 15 minutes from the agreed time. Then €62.25 per started 15 minutes per vehicle including VAT. For hourly bookings, waiting counts towards booked time.
Conference days take place at ICM, Messe München. Plan pickup at your hotel or MUC with time for admission and your first meeting. The specific drop-off point is coordinated for your ride.
Side events take place both at ICM and across Munich. Provide the address, start time and return you need. Journey time and buffers depend on the specific addresses and traffic.
Day three takes place at the Schottenhamel tent on Theresienwiese. We arrange an accessible meeting point outside road closures and your return. A walk to the tent may be needed; drop-off directly at the tent is not promised.
Only if all days are expressly included. The price covers the duration and number of vehicles confirmed in the offer. Multiple days, a full conference day, extra stops and later returns must be included with dates and times.
Choose the MUC transfer for a single ride between MUC and your hotel or ICM. Choose an hourly chauffeur for multiple stops and waiting. Specify returns and additional days explicitly; the total is shown before payment.

We review the change and provide an updated offer. The original booking applies until confirmation and payment of any price difference, if required.

No. Samuelz is an independent chauffeur service, neither the organizer nor an official transport partner. Bits & Pretzels identifies the occasion for your ride. Admission and event tickets are governed by the organizer’s rules.
