When does charged time start and end?
Time runs from the chauffeur leaving the Munich or MUC base stated in your offer until returning there. Approach, your journeys, stops and waiting are part of that period. The confirmed duration is rounded up once to full hours.
Can I extend the booking or change the itinerary?
Yes, subject to chauffeur availability. You receive an updated price in advance for extra time, a substantially different route or another vehicle. Waiting within time already booked is not charged again.
When can I cancel free of charge?
The cancellation deadline and refund terms for your ride appear in the specific offer and its terms before payment.
What details do I need to book?
Date, time, pickup, planned duration and a reachable contact. Add addresses, meeting point, passenger and luggage details in the same form. The ride is booked after confirmed full payment, not merely by sending the request.
Which vehicle will I get?
A vehicle suitable for the passengers, luggage and agreed service. Include special requirements when requesting. A specific model is not automatically guaranteed; chauffeur, mobile number, vehicle and registration follow before pickup.
