Questions before requesting
Which time is charged?
From departure at the Munich or MUC base named in the offer until return to the same base. Approach, journeys, stops, waiting and return count. Total planned time is rounded up once to whole hours, minimum 1 hours. Waiting is not charged twice.
When can I cancel free of charge?
At least 24 hours before the agreed pickup: full refund. After that, statutory saved costs and relevant earnings from other work reduce any amount payable; overpayments are refunded. You may show that no loss or a substantially lower loss has arisen.
How are changes and booking confirmed?
The ride is booked only after confirmed full payment. Changes to duration, route or vehicle requirement need an updated offer. The original booking applies until confirmation and any required additional payment. Normal traffic does not change the confirmed price.
Who is the shuttle service for?
For hosts, companies, hotels, agencies and private groups with a specific pickup and destination plan.
What does the base package cost?

Is this a public or shared shuttle?
No. There is no public timetable and no blanket shared shuttle.
Can I book multiple vehicles or departure waves?
Yes. Passenger count, hours, stops and returns go into the same form. A specific vehicle model remains a request and is promised only when expressly confirmed; clarify essential requests before payment.
